The international exchange organization Nikko Seifu-juku, chaired by former Japanese Ambassador to Norway, Masao Kawai, is pleased to invite you to a special winter event. Join us for a two-day program featuring a lecture by the Norwegian Ambassador to Japan, H.E. Ambassador Frode Solberg, and a cross-country skiing competition.
