本セミナーでは、ノルウェー発の世界的家具ブランド「エコーネス（Ekornes）」の歴史やブランド哲学、代表的な「ストレスレス」シリーズを中心とした取り組みについてご紹介いたします。
また、エコーネス株式会社 代表取締役社長のKenji Oyama氏をお迎えし、同社の革新性や家具づくりへのこだわりについて直接お話を伺います。
セミナー後には、近隣の居酒屋にてカジュアルな懇親会も予定されており、ネットワーキングの場としてもご活用いただけます。

We are pleased to inform you that members of the Norwegian Japanese Society (NJS) are now also welcome to join the upcoming seminar hosted by the Norwegian Chamber of Commerce in Japan (NCCJ).
This special event will introduce the history, brand philosophy, and flagship “Stressless” series of Ekornes, a world-renowned Norwegian furniture brand.
We will be joined by Mr. Kenji Oyama, President of Ekornes Japan, who will share insights into the company’s innovative spirit and commitment to craftsmanship.
Following the seminar, a casual networking dinner will be held at a nearby izakaya—an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow professionals in a relaxed setting.

さて、このたび日本スウェーデン協会（JSS）では「JSSスカンジナビアの夕べ」を下記の通り開催する運びとなりました。
日時： 5月29日（木）18時より
参加費：6,000円 (ビュッフェ・飲み物込み)
当日は、スウェーデン出身で五代目円楽一門会所属の三遊亭好青年さんとノルウェーの伝統楽器ハーディングフェーレ奏者のなるせるなさんをお招きし、落語と音楽のひとときをお楽しみいただきます。
なるせさんはJNSの会員でもあることから、会員の皆様にもご案内を差し上げますので、JSSとの交流の機会としてもご活用いただければ幸いです。

Invitation to “JSS Scandinavia Evening – Rakugo and Music”
Dear Members of the Japan-Norway Society (JNS),
We hope this message finds you well and enjoying the pleasant spring weather.
We are pleased to announce that the Japan-Sweden Society (JSS) will be hosting “JSS Scandinavian Evening” as outlined below.
Date and Time: Thursday, May 29, from 18:00
Venue: La Mensa Jasmin, Hiroo
Participation Fee: 6,000 yen (includes buffet and drinks)
On the day of the event, we will welcome Sanyutei Kouseinen, Swedish-born professional Rakugo performer from Godaime Enraku Ichimonkai, along with Luna Naruse, musician specializing in the traditional Norwegian instrument, the Hardingfele. Together, they will offer an enjoyable evening of Rakugo storytelling and music.
Since Ms. Naruse is a JNS member, we would like to extend the invitation to you. We hope this also will be a wonderful opportunity to foster new connections with JSS members.

ノルウェーに関係した演劇のお知らせです。
昨年のノーベル賞受賞者、ジョン・フォッセの演劇作品「Eg er vinden」（『ぼくは風だ』）が東京で上演されることになりました。
世界的なビッグネームでありながら、日本ではまだあまり知られていない作家です。
言葉にし難いものを言語化する能力が高く評価され、9月には両国のシアターX(蔡)で彼の代表作のひとつである演劇「吾輩は風である」が上演されることとなったそうです。

This is an announcement of a play related to Norway.
Last year's Nobel Prize winner John Fosse's play “Eg er vinden” (“Boku wa kaze da”) will be performed in Tokyo.
Although he is a big name in the world, he is still a little-known writer in Japan.
His ability to verbalize the inexpressible has been highly acclaimed, and one of his best-known plays, “I am the Wind,” will be performed at Theater X (Tsai) in Ryogoku in September.

"Little Ella" the latest film by Norwegian filmmaker Christian Lo, will be released in Japan. The director will be visiting Japan for the first time to commemorate the release of the film, so please take advantage of this rare opportunity and visit the venue.
