Mr. Jonas Gahr STØRE, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Norway, paid a visit to Japan from December 6 to December 8.

During his stay in Japan, Mr. KISHIDA Fumio, Prime Minister of Japan, held a meeting with Prime Minister Støre where the two prime ministers released the first joint statement between the leaders of Japan and Norway.
This visit by Prime Minister Støre further strengthens the friendly relations between Japan and Norway, two countries sharing common values and principles.
