Join us for a lovely late autumn beach walk from Enoshima towards Kamakura at a leisurely pace while picking up beach litter. Family-friendly event with an optional sightseeing course to see the big Buddha after lunch. Trash bags and gloves will be provided and disposal of collected trash arranged for.
We will rally at 10 am on Sunday, October 31st at Katase Enoshima train station and make our way to the bridge to Enoshima island from where we will walk at a leisurely pace along the beach eastwards towards Shichirigahama train station on the Enoden-line and drop off the collected litter at a designated drop off point before enjoying lunch with a view of the sea at Pacific Drive-in.
Optional sightseeing course
After lunch the official event is finished, however there is an option to take the Enoden to Hase station to see the Great Buddha. From there we suggest bus or train to Kamakura station for convenient transport back to Tokyo.
About the beach cleaning
Trash bags and gloves will be provided to all participants. If you would like to use tong or similar, please bring yourself. We will do a briefing before starting about the beach cleaning and safety aspects of picking up sharp objects etc. The plastic bags and gloves, and the disposal of the collected plastic is provided by the public interest incorporated foundation Bikazaidan: www.bikazaidan.or.jp
Event timeline
10am: Rally point at Katase Enoshima station.
12am: Lunch near Shichirigahama station.
13pm: End of event, closest train station is Shichirigahama.
Optional sightseeing to Hase station for Great Buddha. We will introduce participants who want to participate in the optional sightseeing. However, please note that this is not part of the official event.

ファミリー・友人向けのイベントで、昼食後に大仏が見られる観光コースもあります。
皆さまが使用するゴミ袋や手袋・集めたゴミの処分まで手配済みです。
江ノ島ビーチにて、家族向けのリラックスしたアウトドアイベントにぜひご参加ください。
10月31日（日）午前10時に 片瀬江ノ島駅に集合します。江ノ島大橋まで行ったら江ノ電 七里ヶ浜駅に向かって東へとのんびり歩きます。回収したゴミを所定の場所に置いたら「PACIFIC DRIVE-IN」 で海を眺めながら食事を楽しみましょう。
観光（任意）
イベント後観光のご紹介：公式イベントは昼食をとり次第終了しますが、長谷駅まで行くと鎌倉名物の大仏が見られます。江ノ島電鉄-長谷駅から徒歩約10分「鎌倉殿 高徳院」
東京へお帰りの際は、鎌倉駅から電車またはバスの乗り換えをお勧めします。

ビーチ清掃に関して
ゴミ袋・手袋は参加者全員に配布します。その他トング等は各自持参してください。
開始前にビーチの清掃について、また鋭利なゴミの扱い方等安全面について説明があります。
ゴミ袋・手袋・回収したゴミの処分は、「公益財団法人かながわ海岸美化財団：www.bikazaidan.or.jp」が行います。
当日の流れ
午前10時：［片瀬江ノ島駅］ 集合
～ビーチ清掃～
午前12時：七里ヶ浜駅付近にて昼食
午後13時：［七里ヶ浜駅］ 解散
