2022年年次総会招集ご通知

拝啓　ますますご清栄のこととお喜び申し上げます。

　　さて、当協会2022年総会を下記のとおり開催いたしますので、ご出席いただきますようご案内申し上げます。

　なお、新型コロナウィルスの感染拡大に鑑み、インターネットを駆使してオンラインでの開催といたしましたので皆様奮ってのご参加をお願い申し上げます。

1．日時　2022年3月23日（水曜日）午後6時30分

2．場所　Zoom(URLは登録完了メールに記載)

3．会議の目的事項（報告及び決議事項）

⑴ 2021年事業報告

⑵ 決算報告及び監査報告

⑶ 2022年予算の件（今年度会費の件を含む）

⑷ 理事及び監査役選任の件

※⑵に関する決算報告書及び監査報告書は追って送付いたします。

4．議案及び参考事項

　⑴ 2021年事業報告の承認

　　 2021年事業報告書のとおり実施いたしました。なお、コロナ感染症感染防止のため新年会、クリスマス会等は開催しておりません。合唱団も当協会行事での活動はありませんでしたが、外部で公演をされました。

　⑵ 決算報告及び監査報告の承認

　　 2021年の決算とその監査結果を報告します（決算報告書及び監査報告書を追完）。

　⑶ 2022年予算（今年度会費の件を含む）の承認

　　 添付の予算書のとおり予算を組んでおります。なお、今年度の会費について会員の種別に応じて予算 書に記載しています。

　⑷ 理事及び監査役の選任

　　 添付の理事及び監査役選任に関する書類のとおり、選任をお願いします。

大使講演会のご案内

本総会に引き続き、インガ・ニーハマール大使による特別講演「ストーレ新政権による外交政策：政権が挑戦するものと優先するもの（仮題）」を実施します。昨年９月の選挙で成立したストーレ氏を首班とする中道左派内閣が課題とする外交政策について講演いただきます。奮ってご参加ください。

また、大使講演会後、当協会合唱団による合唱公演があります。

私たち合唱団は新型コロナの流行や、それに伴うオンライン練習という厳しい環境の中、合唱団存続のために邁進してまいりました。今回は Edvard Griegによる素敵な２曲と日本の歌曲２つ、計４曲をお届けいたします。

Notice about the NJS' 2022 General Meeting

Dear member,

First, please let us express our sincere gratitude for your continued support. 

 We invite you to attend the 2022 General Meeting of the Norway-Japan Society. Given the spread of the new coronavirus infection, we have decided to conduct the event online. We ask for your participation and share the details about the event below.

 1. Date and time: Wednesday, March 23, 2022, 6:30 pm

2. Location: Zoom(URL will be sent later)

3. Meeting Purpose (reports and resolutions to be presented)

⑴ 2021 Event Report

⑵ Financial statements and audit reports (Will be distributed later)

(3) 2022 Budget (including membership fees for this year)

(4) Election of Directors and Auditors

4. Agenda and references

⑴ Approval of 2021 Event Report

The Society carried out the activities stipulated in the 2021 Event Report. We have not conducted social gatherings like Shinnen-kai or Christmas parties to prevent Covid-19 infection. As a result, the choir hasn't performed at the Society's events, but they have performed on their initiative outside of the Society's circle.

⑵ Approval of financial statements and audit reports

NJS will present the concluded 2021 settlement of accounts and the audit results.

⑶ Approval of 2022 budget (including membership fee for this year)

Please refer to the shared budget document. NJS' annual membership fee is described in the budget according to membership type.

(4) Appointment of directors and corporate auditors

Please refer to the shared document regarding the appointment of directors and corporate auditors.

Please refer to the shared documents, and if you have any disagreements, please get in touch with us by e-mail by March 16. Alternatively, please express your opinion on the day of the General Meeting.

nformation on Ambassador's Lecture and Chorus Performance

Following the General Meeting, Ambassador Inga W. M. Nyhamar will give a special lecture. The suggested title is "The foreign policy of the Støre government: Challenges and priorities." The Ambassador will give a speech on the foreign policy of the center-left cabinet headed by Mr. Støre, which was established in the election last September. We hope you can join us and listen to this exciting talk.

Also, after the Ambassador's lecture, there will be a chorus performance by our chorus. We hope you will enjoy it.

We, active members of our Singing Group, have done our best to keep the Singing Group alive under the difficult environment of the long lasting Covid-19 pandemic and confined on-line practice.
