拝啓 ますますご清栄のこととお喜び申し上げます。
さて、当協会2023年総会を下記のとおり開催いたしますので、ご出席いただきますようご案内申し上げます。

4．会議の目的事項（報告及び決議事項）
2022年事業報告
2022年は、Covid-19のため新年会及び総会レセプションを実施せず、年次総会をハイブリット方式を用いて執り行いました。総会に併せてインガ・ニーハマール大使のスピーチ「ノルウェーの外交政策」を実施し、有益な知識を得ることが出来ました。
NJS合唱団はビデオで参加して合唱を披露しました。加えて、2022年は江ノ島ビーチクリーニング・地引網体験、ノルウェー友好ヨットレース観覧、出光美術館見学、SnikkSnackなどを実施いたしました。
2023年は概ねこれまでの活動を踏襲しつつ、バキャラオパーティやANSA・NCCJとのコラボなどを追求したいと考えております。
追って、スカラシップ及びSnickSnackについては、内容を更に検討するとともに適切な担当者がいれば実施を考慮します。

2022年事業報告の承認をお願いします。
決算報告及び監査報告の承認
2022年の決算とその監査結果を報告しますので，ご承認下さい。
2023年予算（今年度会費の件を含む）の承認
添付の予算書のとおり予算を組んでおります。なお、新型コロナ感染症の影響で行事の開催が停滞していたため、今年度の行事と予算については、柔軟に予定し理事会の判断で実施してまいります。そのため、状況に応じて行事の内容が変わることや予算額が変わることがあり得ます。
追って、会費については会員の種別に応じて予算書に記載しています。

添付の理事選任に関する書類のとおり、選任をお願いします。
プライバシー・ポリシーの件
プライバシー・ポリシー策定の決議をします。

付記２：アンネ・ペータースさん講演会及び合唱団公演のご案内
本総会に引き続き、イプセン研究家アンネ・ペータースさんによる文化講演「イプセンと女性の社会進出」を実施します。女性の働きやすさが依然として低い日本の状況とイプセンの時代から覚醒した女性が劇に描かれ,女性の社会進出がすすんだノルウェーの状況とを比べ、女性の社会進出について考えます。
その後、当協会合唱団による合唱公演があります。

Notice about the NJS' 2023 General Meeting
Dear member,
First, please let us express our sincere gratitude for your continued support.
We invite you to attend the 2023 General Meeting of the Norway-Japan Society. We ask for your participation and share the details about the event below.
1. Date and time: 20 April 2023, 6:15 pm (Open 5:45 pm)
2. Location: Embassy of Norway in Tokyo
3. Participation Fee: Member 4,000yen ・ Student Member 2,000yen
4. Meeting Purpose (reports and resolutions to be presented)
2022 Event Report
In 2022, due to Covid-19, we did not hold a New Year's Party and General Assembly Reception but instead held the Annual General Assembly in a hybrid format. In conjunction with the AGM, Ambassador Inga Niehammer gave a speech on "Norwegian Foreign Policy" which was very informative. The NJS Chorus performed the chorus with video participation.
In addition, in 2022, we held the Enoshima beach cleaning and jibiki-ami experience, Norway Friendship Yacht Race viewing, Idemitsu Museum of Arts tour, and SnikkSnack.
In 2023, we would like to generally continue our past activities, while pursuing a Bacalao party and collaboration with ANSA and NCCJ.In due course, we will further examine the contents of the scholarship and SnickSnack and consider implementing them if appropriate personnel are available.

Approval of 2022 Event Report
Approval of the 2022 Business Report is requested.
Approval of financial statements and audit reports
NJS will present the concluded 2022 settlement of accounts and the audit results.
Approval of 2023 budget (including membership fee for this year)

We are making a budget according to the attached budget document. Due to the delay in holding events due to the impact of the new covid-19, we will flexibly schedule events and budgets for this year and implement them at the decision of the board of directors. Therefore, the contents of the event and the budget amount may change depending on the situation. Membership fees are listed in the budget according to the type of membership.

Appendix 2:
Information on Ms. Anne Peters Lecture and Choir Performance
Following the General Assembly, Ibsen researcher Anne Peters will give a cultural lecture entitled "Ibsen and Women's Advancement in Society". We will consider women's social advancement by comparing the situation in Japan, where women's social advancement is still low, and the situation in Norway, where women have enlightened in dramas since the time of Ibsen and women's social advancement has progressed.
After that, there will be a choral performance by our choir, so please look forward to it.
