On October 18th, 2023, the Norway-Japan Society hosted the first Suiyokai
event in 4 years after being on halt during the pandemic.
Event was at ØL LA CABINA in Nihonbashi－Kodemmacho, with Tacos on
the many and Norwegian craft beer on tap, including the "FUGLEN ALTBIER"
collaboration beer between Oslo Brewing Company and Fuglen Coffee.
and among them were the new Ambassador of Norway to Japan Ms. Kristin Iglum and her husband. A wide range of age groups and an even distribution of Japanese, Norwegian and other
nationalities.
After a short greeting and a toast from NJS board member Stian Frøystein and
NJS president Masahiro Tauchi, participants would go on to enjoy themselves
with conversations.
The Norway-Japan Society hopes that the event served its purpose in creating a
relaxed atmosphere for all participants to create new friendships between our nations.

2023年10月18日、日本ノルウェー協会はコロナ以来4 年ぶりとなる水曜会を開催しました。会場となった小伝馬町のØL LA CABINA では、タコスが振る舞われ、オスロ・ブルーイング・カンパニーとフグレンコーヒーのコラボビール「FUGLEN ALTBIER」を含むノルウェーのクラフトビールが用意されました。
イベントには、新駐日ノルウェー大使のクリスティン・イグルム氏夫妻含む約35 人が参加しました。参加者の年齢層や国籍は幅広く、日本人、ノルウェー人とその他の国籍の方々も参加しました。
NJS 理事のスティアン・フロイスタイン氏とNJS 会長の田内正裕氏による乾杯の音頭の後、参加者は美味しい食事と飲み物と会話を楽しみました。
ノルウェー・日本協会は、このイベントが参加者全員にとってリラックスした雰囲気を作り出し、両国の間に新たな友情を築くという目的を果たしたことを期待しています。
